Holy Smokes I can't believe how fast these past 6 weeks since New Year's have gone by! Tim and I have been so busy with work and other obligations that last weekend we decided to just forget everything and have lots of fun. The weekend started with some High School Basketball. The community in Star Valley is so supportive of high school athletics and every home game their HUGE gym is filled to the max. It reminds me when the basketball games at Sky View were played in their "old"gym.
The following day we decided to go skiing at a ski hill in Cokeville. The day was beautiful and it was like 35 degrees! Tim and I fell so many times and at one point we thought we would test our skill and went down a harder run. Bad mistake. It took as like 30 minutes to get down that time and we fell so many times that we couldn't stop laughing and that would make us fall even more. When we would ride the lift up the mountain we got to look at the trees and were covered in snow from the previous night's wind/snow storm. They were so pretty.
The weekend was finished off by a super bowl party at our house. Tim's family came over to watch the game with us and as a result we had sooooo much food. I sent a picture to my sister in law and she replied that I, "am my mother's daughter." It made me laugh so hard since my mom ALWAYS makes way more food then necessary. Even though the 49ers didn't win I still had a lot of fun eating and watching the game!

Hi Lisa it's good to see you blogging again. Maybe I can take a lesson from you and catch mine up.
