For several months I have seen on Pinterest that instead of frying bacon it's a good idea to bake it in the oven. I was a little hesitant at first but decided to give it a try.
First I lined a cookies sheet with tin foil and laid out the bacon. I then put it in a COLD oven and turned it on to 375 degrees and left it in their for 25 minutes.
This was the end result, perfectly cooked bacon! The best part was that the clean up was super easy and that not once was I splattered with grease!
